From November 15th through December 31st, turn around time is 10-12 business days. SHIPPING INFO: All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your package is received and scanned by the carrier, we no longer have control over the amount of time it takes to arrive at its destination. All orders shipped have tracking numbers. You can find yours in the automated email that is sent once your order is marked as shipped. We recommend searching for your tracking number on UPS.COM for the most up-to-date information.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: Due to made to order, all sales are final - no returns. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding Rush Orders) Cancellations may be subject to restocking fee.
MAMAHUG GUARANTEE: (Manufacturer error) If something is wrong with your item within the first 30 days of purchase, MamaHugCreations will replace the item for you at no extra charge for the item. (shipping rates may apply) This includes manufacturer defects; this does not include improper item care.

I cannot say enough about Mama Hug Creations. Last minute my son changed his mind what theme he wanted for his birthday. I messaged Mama Hug at very last minute and of course, she didn’t hesitate. I know she has her hands full herself with family life and running a business, but she always comes through! Her quality is top and if she doesn’t have the sizes available, she will make sure it happens and get you exactly what you need!
