Refund policy

Refunds are not accepted at this time. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding Rush Orders) Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your item. (Excluding customized items with names, dates, etc.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

MAMAHUG GUARANTEE: (Manufacturer error) If something is wrong with your item within the first 60 days of purchase, MamaHugCreations will replace the item for you at no extra charge for the item. (shipping rates may apply) This includes manufacturer defects, this does not include improper item care.

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your item. (Excluding customized items with names, dates, etc.)
